I do not have an answer, but in the Vietnamese tradition, there is a famous poem that any child could recite: Công cha như núi Thái Sơn, Nghĩa mẹ như nước trong nguồn chảy ra: A father’s labor is like that of a tall mountain, a mother’s love is like an unceasable aquifer.
For what is a king without the people? What is a king without his knights to defend him, his castles to protect him, his bishops to guide him? What is a king without his love, his queen?

Blue upon blue: the morning horizon unfolded the blue vellum into the sky and the sea. There, I looked, in my innocent youth, beyond the ocean, to catch sight of a home inside the gleaming dawn.
